A case of metastatic lung carcinoma to the gingiva in a 77-year-old male is reported. A quickly growing gingival mass 2 X 3cm in size was noticed which was located in the buccal gingival adjacent to the right and left lower anterior teeth. Clinically, the mass was soft in consistency, the surface was coated with whitish pseudomembrane and the lesion bled easily. Histologically, the gingival mass was proved to be an undifferentiated large cell carcinoma which was similar to the microscopic findings of the primary lung cancer.
