According to Traditional Chinese Medical literatures, benign ovarian tumors are belong to "Zheng Jia" or "gut mass". The clinical symptoms and signs usually present with abnormal menstruation, lower abdominal bulging pain, or infertility. The main pathogenesis of TCM theory is qi stagnation and blood stasis, and phlegm-damp stagnation. This case is a 36 year-old female with a large ovarian cyst. In the whole course of treatment, this patient simply accepted TCM prescription in our clinic department and followed up by Gynecological sonography. In this case, we found that the large ovarian cyst could be totally resolved by TCM treatment.
