溶滲式倫理教學探討-以工業工程專業為例

A Study on the Ethics Teaching Across Curriculum: An Example of Industrial Engineering Discipline

摘要


倫理教學乃在激發學生對於倫理相關問題的敏感度,並且藉此引導學生有系統地解決相關的倫理難題。本文以工程專業對社會影響與責任的角度,探討在工業工程專業與倫理有關的議題上,如何適切地溶滲於課程設計之中。此外,本文亦對相關的教學方式,溶滲方式與策略,業界/教師之問卷調查與訪談做一整理。最後,本文亦提出一可行的溶滲式倫理教學雛型設計以供參考。

Ethics Teaching is to stimulate the students' ethical sensitivity to the ethical problems and also to guide them to resolve the ethical dilemma systematically. This paper is to explore the relationship between industrial engineering disciplines and ethical issues and to develop the appropriate cross-curricular course design from the perspectives of social impacts and responsibilities. Also, this paper reviewed various teaching methods, strategies and methods of cross curriculum design, and discussed the results of questionnaires and interview of practicing engineers and university teachers. Finally, a course design prototype for ethical teaching is illustrated.
