Ethics Teaching is to stimulate the students' ethical sensitivity to the ethical problems and also to guide them to resolve the ethical dilemma systematically. This paper is to explore the relationship between industrial engineering disciplines and ethical issues and to develop the appropriate cross-curricular course design from the perspectives of social impacts and responsibilities. Also, this paper reviewed various teaching methods, strategies and methods of cross curriculum design, and discussed the results of questionnaires and interview of practicing engineers and university teachers. Finally, a course design prototype for ethical teaching is illustrated.
