台灣生鮮蔬果批發市場行銷系統之變化

摘要


台灣之生鮮蔬果行銷與流通系統,對於批發市場之現況加以分析,歸納出下列二項變化:第一,批發市場之同業競爭,交易方式多樣化,各市場間的價格差異頗大。第二,國外生鮮蔬果和加工品的輸入量居高不下,市場占有率出現持續下降趨勢。今後生鮮蔬果行銷與流通系統之改善與加強,上述的變化情況有效加以分析並提出建言為本文之主要課題。
