摘要

瞭解進駐戶的培育服務需求對提高新創事業的存活率是重要的。為瞭解進駐戶之培育服務需求為何，及不同類型進駐戶之服務需求是否有顯著差異，本研究依據影響新創事業成敗的重要因素「根源」，將育成中心進駐戶分為三型：無母組織型、科技產業衍生型和傳統產業衍生型。並據以驗證理論上之「新創事業之根源差異將導致其培育服務需求差異」之假設。經調查與資料處理，研究發現三型進駐戶在「技術與人才支援」服務類別及7項服務項目確有需求程度顯著差異。本研究之發現將有助於育成中心經理人更精確瞭解各型進駐戶之培育服務需求而提高其存活率。

Knowing the nurturing service demand of tenants for increasing survival rateof new venture is important.For the purpose of knowing the nurturing servicedemand and its comparison among different type of tenants,this researchclassified incubator's tenants by”origin”into three types:new venture with noorigin,new venture with hi-tech origin,and new venture with traditional origin.And constructed the research hypothesis that different type of new venture withdifferent origin should have different service demand significantly.The researchfindings showed that demand intensity deviation did exist significantly in”technology and personnel support”service category and 7 service items.Theresearch results are useful for incubator managers to know more accurate abouttenant's service demand and increase the survival rate of tenants.
