A Study on the Nurturing Services Demand Among the Type of Incubator Tenants — The Tenants' Point of View

摘要

瞭解進駐戶的培育服務需求對提高新創事業的存活率是最重要的。為瞭解進駐戶之培育服務需求為何，及不同類型進駐戶之服務需求是否有顯著差異，本研究依據影響新創事業成敗的重要因素「根源」，將育成中心進駐戶分為三型:無母組織型、科技產業衍生型和傳統產業衍生型。並據以驗證理論上之「新創事業之根源差異將導致其培育服務需求差異」之假設。經調查與資料處理，研究發現三型進駐戶在「技術與人才支援」服務類別及7項服務項目確有需求程度顯著差異。本研究之發現將有助於育成中心經理人更精確瞭解各型進駐戶之培育服務需求而提高其存活率。

The purpose of this paper is to examine the criteria that young webusers use to evaluate the portal site service quality and the relevantsatisfaction issues.The results indicate that they are mostly satisfied.But,the degree of satisfaction is relatively lower on”security”,”reliability & responsiveness.”In terms of the criteria adopted,they canbe classified into four groups:”customize-oriented”,”reliability andresponsiveness-oriented”,”information content-oriented”and”security-oriented.”And they have different importance perception onportal site functions.It also appears that the satisfaction of the fourgroups to portal site service quality is thus influenced respectively.However,”information content”,”security”and”reliability andresponsiveness”are the three more significant factors when thesatisfaction model is tested by the whole sample.
