應用倒傳遞類神經網路預測台灣勞動市場人力需求

Application of Back-Propagation Neural Network for Predicting the Manpower Demands of Labor Market in Taiwan

摘要


倘若人力規劃未能即時反應社會經濟的轉變,結構性失業將是失業率攀升的主要原因。人力需求預測又是進行人力規劃之前所必須完成的工作。由於類神經網路本身具有分析模組優點,它可以調整模組複雜度去配合複雜的人力資源歷史記錄且不需要任何假設前題。本研究使用倒傳遞類神經網路模式預測勞動市場人力需求,提供人力資源規劃之參考。

If manpower planning could not respond society economic transit in time, the structural unemployment will be the major reason of the rising unemployment rate. Therefore, manpower planning is an urgent task. The artificial neural networks can be used to predict. Because artificial neural network models have an advantage via analysis models, so the model complexity can be adjusted to match the complexity history of the manpower resources by using manpower resources history as input, without any assumptions. In this paper, using back-propagation neural network for predicting the manpower demands of labor market and to provide reference in manpower planning.
