托嬰部實習保育員教學實際知識之研究—以1-2 歲嬰兒班級為例

A Study of Practical Teaching Knowledge of an Toddler-Care Practice Caregiver

摘要


本研究是以個案研究的方式,研究小穎老師在托嬰部實習時的教學實際知識之內涵及其影響因素。透過對於個案的經驗瞭解,發現小穎老師的教學實際知識有三:(一)順應嬰兒的學習步調(二)看見嬰兒發展的需要(三)滿足嬰兒的興趣。這三項教學實際知識都與學習者(嬰兒)相關,是本研究與其他實際知識研究的發現不同之處。影響小穎老師教學實際知識的因素則與過去的學習經驗有關。最後,依據本研究結果,做成相關建議,提供有興趣人士參考。
