The paper presents what a terminally ill patient experienced who had accepted cancer treatment program but got and suffered from physical, psychological and spiritual pain. This patient was hospitalized thirty-eight days form October 12 to November 20 2003. This study, which uses the eleven items of Gordon’s functional healthy patterns, is focus on the nursing care of a terminally ill breast cancer patient with pain, lymphoedema, emotional and spiritual stress. We provided the patient with physical, psychosocial and spiritual relief by supportive treatment, such as comfortable caring, pain relief skills, active attention, empathy and acceptance with the basis of hospice and palliative care. Furthermore, we accompanied the patient to face her death and made best use of her last life.
