隨著網路使用普及,使用網路衍生之問題逐漸成為實務工作焦點,目前研究發現約兩成兒童為網路成癮高危險群;因此,本文回顧網路成癮之相關研究,並以短期心理動力取向為理論基礎,發展國小高年級男童之團體心理治療方案,亦包含家長團體,共16次,預計可陪伴兒童度過寒暑假上網時間高峰期。本團體之目標為:(1)增加孩童瞭解使用網路之影響;(2)提昇情緒之辨識與覺察;(3)發展反思能力;(4)提昇自體涵容內在焦慮之強度;(5)學習因應情緒之其他策略;(6)藉由團體人際互動,增進現實人際互動技巧;(7)增加對於使用網路的覺察。家長團體之目標在於:(1)教導家長網路使用的安全性與危險;(2)協助家長同理、涵容孩童感受;(3)發展親子正向關係。(4)協助孩子思考其感覺、行為、行動。
With the popularity of internet use, internet addiction became the concern of counseling practice. Some research found that around 20% children were high-risk group of internet addiction. Thus, the purposes of this study were to review the literature of internet addiction research, and develop a group program which is based on short-term psychodynamic approach. This group program, which is lasting 16 sessions, is mainly for 5- or 6-grade male children in elementary school, and parents group is also included. The aims of children group are as follows: (1) enhancing the information of the effects of internet use, (2) promoting the self-awareness of emotion, (3) developing the reflective function, (4) improving the ego strength to contain the anxiety, (5) learning other coping strategies for emotion, (6) by the social interaction in this group, improving the reality social skill, and (7) promoting the self-awareness of internet using behavior. The aims of parents group are as follows: (1) teaching the safe and dangerous ways to use internet, (2) helping parents to empathize and contain their children, (3) promoting parent-child relationship, and (4) teaching parents how to help children thinking of their thought, feeling, and behavior. Besides, some evaluations of group effects were discussed.
