養豬戶繼續參與飼料共同採購意願之研究

A Study on the Factors Effecting the Willingness to Continue Participating in Collective Forage Purchases by Hog Raisers

摘要


本研究以參加飼料共同採購之養豬戶為調查訪問對象,而研究之主要間的在了解養豬飼料共同採購體制運作現況,以及探討影響養豬戶對參與飼料共同採購整體滿意度及繼續參與意願之因素,本研究之有效樣本為228份。 主要發現如下: 1、從統計結果中發現受訪者中約86.8%的養豬戶認同共採作業,且從多元迴歸分析發現影響養豬戶對共採作業整體滿意度因素有「組織認同程度」(ß = 0.739)及「降低生產成本」(ß = 0.101)等二變項,其總解釋力(R2=0.683)高達68.3%。 2、影響養豬戶繼續參與飼料共採意願的多元迴歸分析中顯示,總解釋力(R2=0.582)達58.2%,且顯著的主要因素有「參與共採資歷」(ß = 0.106)、「高成就動機」(ß = 0.155)、「組織認同程度」(ß = 0.262)、「教育程度」(ß = 0.138)、「整體滿意度」(ß = 0.409)等五個正向影響變項,及「組織類別為合作社場」(ß = -0.160)負向影響變項,其中以「整體滿意度」影響為最力。 3、從路徑分析中發現,「組織認同程度」變項會透過養豬戶參與飼料共採之整體滿意度,進而影響養豬戶繼續參與飼料共採之意願,而其間接作用為0.302,直接作用為0.262,總作用為0.564,此外對「繼續參與意願」有直接作用者有「教育程度」、「參與共採資歷」、「高成就動機」、「組織類別為合作社場」、「整體滿意度」等五變項,其直接作用分別為0.138、0.106、0.155、-0.160及0.409。

The main purpose of this study was to understand the advantages and disadvantages of the forage collective purchase system. The factors that affect user satisfaction and illingness to continue participating in the colliective forage purchase system.; Two hundred and twenty eight valid questionnaires were used in this study. The main findings of this study were as follows: 1’The satisfaction results for the degree satisfactions with the collective purchase system belonged to the “mezzo class”. The agreement level to continue participating in the program was 86.8% of total number of samples. From multi-regression analysis the total explanatory capability of the whole satisfactions of the collective purchase system was 68.3%(R2=0.683). The significant factors were “the degree of organizational identification” (ß = 0.793)and “decreasing production costs” (ß = 0.101). 2’The multi-regression analysis illustrated that the explanatory capability of the participating willingness for the collective purchase system reached 58.2%(R2=0.582). The significant factors were “level of education”, “experience with collective purchase systems” (ß = 0.106), “strong achievement motivation” (ß = 0.155), “the degree of organizational identification” (ß = 0.262), “the whole satisfactions” (ß = 0.409). There was only one negative variable for this study, which was “organizational category cooperatives” (ß = -0.160). Among these variables, the major influence for the willingness of participating in the collective purchase system was “the whole satisfactions”. 3’The path analysis illustrated the “the degree of organizational identification” could pass through “the whole satisfaction about collective purchase of forage” raisers “was a major motivation to continuingly affect participating willingness”. The indirect actions were 0.302, direct actions were 0.262, and the total action was 0.564. “Level of eduction”, “experience with collective purchase systems”, “strong achievement motivation”, “organizational category-cooperatives” and “the whole satisfactions” were the five variables. The direct actions were 0.138, 0.106, 0.155, -0.106 and 0.409.
