本文將以信義鄉農會為例,透過訪談及文獻回顧的方式,探討地方組織該如何帶動產業的發展,進而使農村朝向永續發展之目標。 本文分為五個章節,以相關理論回顧、實證案例分析等,利用地方文化產業、產業分析、行銷管理等概念,將地方產業之商品,賦予文化之附加價值。信義鄉農會著眼於國人著重春生觀念及自許為信義鄉產業文化推動者的前提之下,透過農民與農會的相互合作與創意行銷的方式,將產業與文化相互結合,創造農村發展的新契機。進而帶動地方文化活動與產業文化之認同,成為農村永續經營的典範。
The study design and strategy for data collection employed in this study incorporates two representative works. The first, is of empirical study, and the second, of literature review. It aims to analyze how the local organizations promote industries in accordance with the goal of rural sustainable development. The study consists of five parts. It starts with literature review, empirical study, analyzing local cultural industries, marketing and finally the additional value of cultural industries. The study finds out the strategy for the Farmers' Association of Hsin-I county is to encouragelocal people to recognize its identities to initiate development opportunities of creative marketing by integrating industries and culture for the betterment of rural sustainable development.
