摘要


知識即責任,真誠、誠正、信實已成為知識型領導的人格特質。本文旨在探討老子「聖人之道」在領導哲學的特殊貢獻一無為而治。據統計分析,在道德經中出現「聖人」二字,達廿十六章之多。將這廿六章分成五部份,即「無為而治」、「無知無慾」、「和諧平衡」、「抱一歸樸」及「謙下、救人、善救物」。以現代知識管理重新給予詮釋。結果發現:老子「生而不有」的創造精神 為其偉大成疾。抑有進者,他肯定了道德學確是管理之鑰。

The purpose of the paper is to explore Laoge’ Tao of the Sage that special contribution of leadership philosophy –as having governed efficiently without affectation. According to our statistical analysis, there are twenty-six chapters that have been discussed the Tao of the Sage in Laoze’ Tao-the-king. We will divide twenty-six chapters into five pieces. The contents include five parts: 1.As having governed efficiently without affectation; 2.NO vicious mind and no improper desire; 3.In perfect harmony and equilibrium; 4.Embracing unity and artlessness; 5.The sage is humble oneself and forever the good savior of men and the savior of things.We will try again to interpret the meaning by means of modern management. Consequence, We have discovered Laoze’ great spirits to create but not to possess. Take a further, Laoze truly confirmed the achievement that morality would be the key of management.
