技專校院考招分離入學制度現況調查研究

A Study to Investigate the Reality and Related Problems of the Current Implementation of the Exam and Recruiting System in Colleges/Universities of Technology

摘要


本研究旨在探討現行技專校院考招分離制度之實施現況與問題。研究方法以問卷調查為主,並輔以文獻分析、實地訪談及焦點團體討論等。調查實施以二技、四技二專及高中職教師和學生為對象,抽取樣本共4492人。所使用的統計方法包括平均數、排序及變異數分析等。經分析結果獲致下列主要結論:1.考招分離制度在整合各類多元入學方式、簡化技專校院招生工作、提升入學測驗命題品質、減輕學生重覆應考負擔、發揮學校自主選才特色、掌握學生基礎學力素質、導引技職學校正常教學等目標上確實有成效;2.考招分離制度尚有如宣導、考試設計、作業程序、公平性、報名費用等問題存在;3.本研究就相關問題提出具體建議供教育行政、相關單位及人員參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the reality and related problems of the current implementation of the exam and recruiting system in colleges/universities of technology. To attain the purpose of the study, the literature was firstly reviewed and discussed to build the framework to study. And then the questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data. The subjects were 4492 teachers and students drawn from colleges/universities of technology in Taiwan. After data analyses, the main findings can be concluded as following: 1. the system could integrate the diversity of current recruiting system; reduce the work of recruiting; improve the quality of the exam; lighten student's burden of preparing for exam; induce normally teaching in school, etc. 2. the system have also some problems needed to be solved such as dissemination, design of the exam, work reducing, justice and register fees. 3. the study will propose some suggestions to relevant organizations and people.
