學生學習滿意度調查的因素構面與問卷發展

摘要

本文旨在透過文獻分析的方式，探討學生學習滿意度的研究調查概況與趨勢，包含研究的取向、滿意度的因素建構方式、調查問卷的發展與設計等。在研究取向上，調查對象大部份是以內部雇客的滿意狀況為主，研究學生滿意度對於學生流動率（中途離校）以及招生的影響、影響學生滿意度(satisfaction level)的相關因素、分析學生滿意度的構成因素、分析學生滿意度形成的心理過程、分析以學生滿意度來評鑑學校服務品質的可行性及分析學生滿意度與學生未來生涯成功及其他相關變項的相關性等，本文對於滿意度問卷的發展亦做完整的介紹。

The article is for the purpose of discussing the present investigation survey and the tendency to learning satisfactions of institution students. It contains the orientations in research, the way of constructing satisfaction factor, the development and design of questionnaire and so on. In the research orientation, the major part of investigation subjects is focus on the interior guest primarily, studies the student degree of satisfaction regarding the student rate of flow (dropout from school) as well as the recruitment of students influence, affects the student degree of satisfaction (satisfaction level) the correlation factor, analyzes the student degree of satisfaction the constitution factor, analyzes the psychological process, the analysis which the student degree of satisfaction forms by the student degree of satisfaction assess the school service quality feasibility and will analyze the student degree of satisfaction and the student future the profession success and other correlations and so on. The article includes the detail introduction to development and design on the learning satisfaction questionnaires as well.
