Leiomyoma of the Prostate a Case Report and Riview of Literatures
前列腺平滑肌瘤 －病例報告及文獻回顧
摘要
前列腺平滑肌瘤是發生在前列腺的罕見良性腫瘤，前列腺平肌瘤好發的年齡與良性前列腺增生過盛相若，由於很難與前列腺基質增生過盛分別，他的真正病發數難以評估，就症狀而言，它最可能引起尿路阻塞症狀，如頻尿、夜尿、小便困難、小便中斷等等，也可能造成直腸阻塞症狀。如便秘、裡急後重等。 台北市仁愛醫院於1990年8月一位72歲男性因小便困難而入院診療，肛查發現質地硬之前列腺肥大，經經尿道前列腺切除術取出約一百公克重的組織，病理檢查證實為前列腺平滑允瘤，含有絲分裂像，本病例是否以後會變為惡性腫瘤，我們將會繼續追蹤診療，特予報告。

Leiomyomas of the prostate gland are very rare in spite of the fact smooth muscle as troma constitutes a significant proportion of the normal prostate. Leiomyomas with mitiotic figures are even rarer. We recently treated, by transurethral resection of prostate, a seventy-year-old man, who presented with symptoms of urinary obstruction. The histolotgic finding is leiomyoma of the prostate gland with mitotic figures.
