大學女生健康體適能之比較研究-以東吳大學為例

A Comparative Study on Health Related Physical Fitness of Female Students An example of Soochow University

摘要


本研究之目的在: 一、比較本校女生,各年級間其健康體適能之差異。 二、比較本校女生和「全國大專院校19~22歲女生」之健康體適能差異。 藉東吳大學九十五學年度健康體能普測之實施,隨機選取一、二年級女生各200名,三年級女生199名、四年級女生100名,合計699名為受試者。測驗項目包括身體質量指數、一分鐘仰臥起坐、坐姿體前彎、立定跳遠、800m跑走等,由曾研習標準化健康體適能測驗流程之教師施測。以SPSS10.0 for Windows之套裝軟體進行進行統計(One-way ANOVA; t test)分析,獲致之重要結果如下: 在本校女生大一至大四間之健康體適能比較結果顯示: 一、在身體質量指數、瞬發力、柔軟度等,未有顯著差異 二、在肌力部份,大一、大四生顯著優於大三生。 三、在肌耐力部份,大一生顯著優於大三生。 四、在心肺耐力部份,大一生顯著優於大二、三、四生,大二、三生又顯著優於大四生。 在本校女生與「全國大卑院校19~22歲女生」之健康體適能比較結果顯示: 一、在大一生與全國19歲學生之比較分析顯示,本校學生之肌力、肌耐力、瞬發力、柔軟度、心肺耐力等,皆顯著較佳。 二、在大二生與全國20歲學生之比較分析顯示,本校學生之心肺耐力顯著較佳;身體質量指數顯著較小。 三、在大三生與全國21歲學生之比較分析顯示,本校學生之柔軟度、心肺耐力顯著較佳,但肌力、肌耐力則顯著較差。 四、在大四生與全國22歲學生之比較分析顯示,本校學生之肌力、柔軟度顯著較佳;心肺耐力顯著較差。

This paper aims to: A) Compare the differences of health related physical fitness among female students in different years at Soochow University. Compare the differences of health related physical fitness of the female students in Soochow B) University and in the other colleges and universities who age from 19 to 22. 699 female students from Soochow University, including 200 freshmen, 200 sophomores, 199 juniors, and 100 seniors, were randomly selected to join the 2006 Soochow University Health Related Physical Fitness Checkup. Body mass index (BMI), one-minute sit-up, sitting bent posture, long jump and 800m running, designed by teachers who are trained with standard test process for health related physical fitness. are among the tests. Analyzed by one-way ANOVA; t test with the software of SPSS 10.0 for Windows, the final results are as following: --Female students at Soochow University: a) No obvious differences in BMI, power and flexibility. b) The freshmen and the seniors are better then the juniors in strength. c) The freshmen are far better then the juniors in endurance. d) The freshmen are even better than the rest in cardiorespiratory endurance and the sophomores and the juniors are overtly better than the seniors in this regard. --Camparisons between the female students at Soochow University and other colleges who are at the age of 19 to 22: a) The female students at Soochow are far better than the 19-year-old female students in other colleges in strength, endurance, power, flexibility and cardiorespiratory endurance. b) The female sophomores at Soochow are far better than the 20-year-old female students in other colleges in cardiorespiratory endurance and have a obviously lower BMI. c) The female juniors at Soochow are far better than the 21-year-old female students in other colleges in flexibility and eardiorespiratory endurance but worse in strength and endurance. d) The female seniors at Soochow are far better than the 22-year-old female students in other colleges in power, flexibility but worse in cardiorespiratory endurance.
