大專校院網球代表隊與運動社團經營策略之探究－以美和技術學院為例

摘要

本文目的將運動性社團資源與運動代表隊優勢做結合，藉此希望能更有效率的規劃運動性社團資源並利用運動代表隊本身的優勢，透過兩者之問的結合並配合促銷策略來達到運動性社團與運動代表隊共同獲利的雙贏局面，而間接提升學校競爭力。本文結果顯示，學生社團活動一直都在校園文化與學風中扮演者關鍵性的指標，在大專校院數不斷增加情況下，要如何維持「質」的提升與「量」的平衡來達到一定的競爭力將是一項重要的課題。有鑒於此，如將運動性社團資源與運動代表隊優勢做結合，將更有效率的規劃運動性社團資源並利用運動代表隊本身的優勢，透過兩者之間的結合來達到運動性社團與運動代表隊共同獲利的雙贏局面，提升學校競爭力。

The purpose of this composition looks at the management and administration of the intramural sports club for the advantages of the varsity sports program of the schools thus increasing the quality of sports competitions. The result of this research shows that intramural clubs are important part of the schools because it represent different characteristics of the schools ”culture” and ”image.” With the increased number of ”colleges” in Taiwan, it is important the find the right balance in terms of ”quality” of the competition between schools given higher number of ”quantity” of schools. Through improvement and effective management of the intramural sports clubs, the varsity teams can take advantage of better resources to increase its overall effectiveness. This is a win-win situation for both the clubs arid the varsity teams.
