從物流網設計到派車規劃之架構分析

摘要


近年來由於網際網路的快速發展與商業的靈活運用,使得電子商務與企業電子化儼然成爲當前網際網路應用的新興趨勢。然而,由於許多公司後端的物流配送之支援並不完備,導致現今網際網路線上的貨物銷售經常不成功,因此,健全物流配送系統已是強化網路銷售的重要課題之一。故本研究將以物流爲觀點,導入關於位址(location)、配置(allocation)及配送路線(vehicle routing)等課題,來描述及定義「從物流網路設計到車輛途程規劃」之架構,其內容包括「需求規劃模組」,「戰略面規劃模組」,「戰術面規劃模組」以及「作業面模組」四個功能子模組。文中除採Input-Process-Output方式,表達模組間資訊流動的關係外,並以扮演核心角色的「戰略面規劃模組」及「戰術面規劃模組」兩模組爲對象,進一步提出兩階段的求解程序。縱使欲探討的各課題於近年來曾在數處研究中出現,然重要的是,本文將對複雜的「從物流網到派車」作一深入淺出的探討,其所呈現的系統化、資訊化方式,可視爲未來軟體開發分析的先導作業,亦可供作爲發展數學模式研究之基礎。文中選定CAPS(上標 TM)交談式分析軟體及電子地理資訊系統為例證說明,以強化讀者的了解。

The rapid growth of Internet and the agile application of business cause that the E-Commerce and E-Business become a trend of today. Many companies with an incomplete logistics system barely have a successful business on the Internet. Hence, a well-designed logistics system will be an important issue to the Internet sales. Theories of location, allocation, and vehicle routing are introduced in this paper to address a logistics network design structure. The structure includes modules of demand planning, strategic planning, tactical planning, and operational planning. An input-process-output approach is adopted to illustrate the inter-module information flow. A two-stage solving procedure corresponding to the strategic and tactical planning modules are also provided. The major contribution of this paper is to present a systematic and information way to simplify the complexity of the logistics network design problem. A CAPS(superscript TM)Interactive software is applied with an electronic geography information system in helping the demonstration of our argument.
