This research aims to study the variable correlation between ”principals' instructional leadership” and ”teachers' teaching effectiveness” in the special education schools based on ”Questionnaire of The Principals' Instructional Leadership and Teachers' Teaching Effectiveness in The Special Education Schools” edited by Cheng-Lin Wang to investigate162 special teachers in 27 senior higy schools with special classes in Taiwan. The results of this study indicate. 1. Those teachers who are supervised by principals who work under years show obviously more perception on ”developing the instructional boals” and ”ensuring ghe teaching1uality” than those teachers who are supervised by the principals who work over 26years. 2. Those teachers who work for 6 to 15 years obviously show more perception in the Multi-dimensional Teaching Evaluation than those teachers who work under 5 years. 3. The variables of ”principals' instructional leadership” and ”teachers' teaching effectiveness”
