高中職校長教學領導、特教班教師教學效能及其關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Principals' Instructional Leadership and Teaching Effectiveness in the Special Education Schools

摘要


高中職學校「校長教學領導」和「教師教學效能」二變項為本研究主題。研究以汪成琳(民91)所編「特殊教育學校校長教學領導與教師教學效能之調查問卷」為工具,對台灣地區二十七所設有特教班之高中職學校特殊教育教師一百六十二位進行調查。結果發現: 高中職教師對「發展教學任務目標」與「確保教學品質」的知覺上,呈現年資五年以下的校長顯著高於二十六年以上的校長。 服務年資六至十五年之高中職教師所知覺「多向度教學評量」顯著高於服務五年以下教師。 高中職校長教學領導與教師教學效能各變項均呈顯著正相關。

This research aims to study the variable correlation between ”principals' instructional leadership” and ”teachers' teaching effectiveness” in the special education schools based on ”Questionnaire of The Principals' Instructional Leadership and Teachers' Teaching Effectiveness in The Special Education Schools” edited by Cheng-Lin Wang to investigate162 special teachers in 27 senior higy schools with special classes in Taiwan. The results of this study indicate. 1. Those teachers who are supervised by principals who work under years show obviously more perception on ”developing the instructional boals” and ”ensuring ghe teaching1uality” than those teachers who are supervised by the principals who work over 26years. 2. Those teachers who work for 6 to 15 years obviously show more perception in the Multi-dimensional Teaching Evaluation than those teachers who work under 5 years. 3. The variables of ”principals' instructional leadership” and ”teachers' teaching effectiveness”
