表達性藝術治療團體對災區婦女創傷之效果研究

摘要

本研究邀請九二一地震中部災區婦女十二名，參與為期三天二十四小時住宿之「表達性藝術治療」團體工作坊。主要目的是想探討成員透過此次工作坊，再次經驗 921 地震創傷事件，並從中獲得新的意義。研究資料的來源包括：非參與觀察記錄、成員參與團體的心得回饋、團體錄音帶、領導者的帶領觀察記錄、成員事後追蹤訪談等，研究資料以質性研究分析法進行分析。研究結果的呈現分為：（一）重新正視因地震衍生的家產紛爭，並嘗試化解之：（二）重新思索因地震失業衍生出的夫妻問題，而能同理接納之；（三）再次體驗地震後親人死亡的悲痛，並與之告別；（四）承認面對死亡的恐懼，並瞭解生命的限制；（五）重新經歷地震前過往關係的未竟事務，並修通之；（六）再次體驗因地震產生的生命失控焦慮，而重獲合理控制感：（七）再次表達對災後重建工作疏漏的憤怒，並化為具體拯救行動計畫。本研究討論上述發現的意義，並針對災後心理重建工作提出相關討論與建議。

The purpose of this study was to identify how 12 women, from the 921-earthquake destroyed area, re-experienced their traumatic events and made new meaning about disaster through the process of the 24-hours Expressive Art Therapy residence group. All the process of this group was taped and recorded by a nonpraticipant observer and the leader. Every participant was also required to write a feedback list after the group; meanwhile, six of them were interviewed and two women sent feedback by e-mail six months later. These data was analyzed by qualitative research method. Seven main issues of members were presented in the group and being worked through by the Expressive Art Therapy. Suggestions for the applications of psychological rehabilitation after disasters were provided.
