電廠的一個直立式水泵,因為附近水管漏水,以至於部份機殼淹在水中。廠方原先以為只要不發生嚴重的鏽蝕,可以不必理會,不料卻發生振動過大的狀況。本文敘述如何找尋該水泵振動過大肇因的經過。過程中包括現場振動量測、運轉時的振動形態、振動模態量測分析、有限元素模擬分析、流體附加質量引發共振的探討、問題解決情形等等,將逐一說明。
A vertical pump in a power plant was partially soaked in water due to leakage of adjacent pipes. From the point of view of maintainence and operation, this situation seemed to be insignificant except some minor rusting on the bottom casing. However serious vibrations occurred and immediate actions have to be taken to keep the pump operating. This paper describes the process to find the root cause of high vibrations and the way to solve the problem. Operating vibration measurements, experimental modal testing, finite element simulation, added mass effects and final results were all illustrated
