摘要


本研究的主要目的係利用超音波非破壞性方法檢測鋼版銲接之完整性,研究結果顯示完整銲接試片與銲接缺陷試片的確有很明顯的差異;在完整銲接試片中其回波振幅較低且平均,而在銲接缺陷試片中靠近銲道處其回波振幅較高;不同的銲接瑕疵就有不同的回波振幅圖形;在相同的銲接瑕疵條件下,不同的銲接方法就有不同的回波振幅圖形;因此使用超音波方法對於銲道施行非破壞性檢測上確實是一項有效的工具。

The main purpose of this study is to detect the integrity of welding steel plate by using ultrasonic testing .The results of this investigation show that it is quite difference between the completely welding steel plates and the defectively welding steel plates. The reflective amplitude of completely welding steel plate is low and uniform whereas it is high near the welding place to the defectively welding steel plate. Thus, it is a powerful and useful tool to detect the welding steel plate by means of ultrasonic technique.
