車輛半無迴音室動態噪音源偵錯應用

Applications of Dynamic Noise Diagnosis in Semi Anechoic Chamber

摘要


在車輛半無迴音室內及底盤動力計上進行動態噪音源偵錯,可不受天候影響,這提供了相當便利的測試方式,對於任何偶發的靈感,均可立即在實驗室內進行測試而獲得所需的訊息。一般在車輛半無迴音室內進行的動態噪音源偵錯測試,包括三軸向聲強量測、單軸向聲強探頭掃描測試、振動噪音階次追蹤測試、振動噪音相關性測試、振動傳遞路徑測試、及模態測試等,目前這些測試分析技術均已在車輛研究測試中心建立完成。本文將首先探討如何決定測試時行駛方式及動力計模式,然後簡介各項技術的基本概念、使用儀器設備、量測步驟、量測時注意事項、及探討如何應用在噪音源偵錯上,並說明實驗室內測試結果與室外法規量測結果的差距。

The weather condition won affect dynamic noise diagnosis testing in a semi-anechoic chamber with vehicle chassis dynamometer, any new idea can be easily evaluated through immediate test to acquire necessary information. Generally, the test items for dynamic noise diagnosis in a semi-anechoic chamber include Three Dimensional Sound Intensity Measurement, Scanning Test by Using Sound Intensity Probe, Order Tracking Test of Sound and Vibration, Coherence Test between Sound and Vibration, Vibration Transfer Path Test, and Modal Testing. Through years, Automotive Research & Testing Center has successfully established these test and analysis techniques. The paper firstly discusses how to decide the driving pattern and dynamometer setting, and then describes basic concepts, measuring instruments, and measuring procedures of these techniques. The practical application of measured results for indoor dynamic noise diagnosis, and whose difference from outdoor legislation test are also discussed.
