有限元素法應用於龍門磨床之結構動態分析

Dynamic Analysis of a Planer Grinding Machine Using Finite Element Method

摘要


結構的振動問題是工具機在結構設計階段所要面對的重要課題,本文係針對一新設計的龍門磨床執行相關的結構動態分析,並對設計過程中的修改作出評估。分析工作主要分成三個部分:首先,針對每一個主要結構元件進行有限元素結構動態分析,比較不同設計之間的差異及優劣;其次,把所有結構元件的有限元素模式組合並加入適當的界面元素成為整機的有限元素模型,執行整機的振頻振模分析,確定模型的正確性以及磨床的振動特性;最後,計算由切削力引致刀具與工件相對位移的轉換函數,由此研判整體結構的動態剛度及切削穩定性。

The phenomenon of mechanical vibration is critical for the operational efficiency of a planer grinding machine. In the present research, we show how to apply the finite element method to analyze the dynamic characteristics of a grinding machine during the design stage. The process of analysis can be divided into three parts: first of all, each component is analyzed by the finite element method separately, the dynamic characteristics of different designs are compared and the better one is chosen; secondly, the various finite element models for each component are assembled into a single model for the whole machine, the normal mode analysis is performed and the validation of model is confirmed; finally, the frequency response function of the relative displacement between cutter and specimen due to cutting force is calculated, which can be used to evaluate the dynamic rigidity and cutting stability of the grinding machine.
