Variance Analysis of Least Squares Autoregressive Modal Parameters

摘要


本文研究自我迴歸模式之振動模態參數(自然振頻與阻尼比)之二階統計性質。分析方法採用:(1)最小平方法估計自我迴歸參數。(2)一階泰勒級數來近似單與多自由度自由衰減系統之模態參數的統計變異數(variance)。本文推導出自然振頻與阻尼比之變異數表示式。為了實用目的,解析式與數值方式用以分析變異數與資料點數及訊號雜訊比之關係。本文進行蒙地卡羅模擬,其結果用以比較與說明這些解析式之適用性及合理性。

This paper investigates the second-order statistical properties of vibrating modal parameters (natural frequency and damping ratio) by using autoregressive (AR) model. The variance of least squares AR model for the modal parameters estimation of single/multi degree of freedom free-decay vibrating system is analyzed, based on first-order Taylor approximation. In this paper, explicit expressions for variance of natural frequency and damping ratio are derived. The dependence of the variances on number of data and signal-to-noise ratio are investigated, both analytically and numerically, for practical applications. Monte Carlo numerical simulation results are given to compare and illustrate the analytical expressions.
