Buttock Augmentation with Silicone Prosthesis
利用矽膠填充施行臀部增大整形手術
摘要
臀部發育不良的原因包括先天畸型，外傷，或肌肉萎縮，臀部整形手術包括肌皮瓣重建，自體脂肪注射，或是以永久性組織括張器或矽膠填充物來作整形，本篇報告提出一例以矽膠填充物來施行臀部增大整型手術，術後六年的定期追蹤顯示結果良好。

Buttock hypoplasia maybe due to congenital deformity, trauma, or atrophy from senile change. Aesthetically, buttock augmentation can be done with myocutaneous flaps, injection of autologous fat graft. It can also be achieved with either permanent tissue expander or silicone implant. We present a case of buttock augmentation with laminated gel-filled silicone prosthesis. The final result was pleasing.
