Selection of Various Toe Transfer Techniques for Microsurgical Thumb Reconstruction
摘要
本文主要作者在1982年至1989年間以各種不同種類的腳趾移植進行103例大拇指重建手術。基於此豐富之經驗，作者分析包括第二腳趾移植術，全大腳趾移植術，大腳趾皮瓣捲繞術，以及裁剪大腳趾等移植術等四種方法的優劣點進而提出此四種不同方法在臨床上較適當的選擇。

103 microsurgical thumb reconstructions with various toe transfer techniques were performed in the past eight years. With the vast experience, the advantages and disadvantages of each of four main techniques (total great toe, great toe wrap-around, trimmed great toe and second toe) were compared and a general guidelines for selection of proper technique was proposed.
