Endoscopic Approach to Soft Tissue Tumor of the Glabellar Area
利用內視鏡手術摘除眉間軟組識腫瘤
摘要
隨著科技的進步內視鏡手術已漸成為常規手術之一。本文收集了六例臨床上發現長於眉間的軟組織腫瘤利用內視鏡手術方式順利摘除此部位腫瘤的臨床報告。其中五例為脂肪瘤，一例為黏液囊腫。所有病患經術後三到十三個月追踪（平均6.8個月），均滿意於眉間無疤痕的術後結果。此種術後所有病患均沒有明顯的併發症。手術所須時問約40~70分鐘，平均為53分鐘。對於眉間軟組織腫瘤的摘除，內視鏡手術方式提供了既簡單又安全的方法，病患及醫師均滿意於其術後的結果。

Six soft tissue tumors of glabellar areas were removed smoothly by endoscopic surgical method. There were 5 lipomas and 1 mucus cyst. All six patients were satisfied with the postoperative scarless results of the tumor sites after 3 to 13 months follow-up (averarge 6.8 months). No obvious complications developed in our patients. The operative time ranged from 40 to 70 minutes, with an average of 53 minutes. The endoscopic approach to soft tissue tumor of the glabellar area appears to be a safe and simple method appreciated by patients and surgeons.
