我國運動員手握力及指捏力之分析

Analysis of Grip and Key Pinch Strength of Sports Teams-Data of Chinese Athletes in Taiwan

摘要


本文分析二十一項不同運動項目計843位運動員的手握力與指捏力資料。涵蓋之運動項目有籃球、桌球、網球、軟式網球、曲棍球、手球、橄欖球、排球、足球、射箭、拳擊、田徑擲部、田徑短跑、田徑長跑、田徑跳部、柔道、體操、跆拳、舉重、游泳、舞蹈等。運動隊伍之平均年齡,介於17至21歲。分析結果顯示:男性右手握力平約值最高之前五項運動為田徑擲部、手球、舉重、網球、橄欖球;右手捏力則為田徑擲部、射箭、軟網、排球、曲棍球。女性之右手握力前五名為田徑擲部、舉重、手球、柔道、軟網;右手捏力為田徑擲部、舉重、軟網、射箭、排球,且平約值約比同年齡層之非運動員為高。相關性分析顯示身高、體重對握力之影響性高於對捏力之影響。側指捏力與拇指指圍具強相關性,與中指指圍之相關性則稍弱。手掌寬對握力或捏力之相關性則高於對拇指指圍之相關性,亦即測量手掌寬即可提供初關之資訊。不論男性或女性,大部分受測者的吃飯/運動/寫字之慣用手仍以右手為主,且三者之慣用手有一致性;然工作之慣用手則是偏重於雙手及右手。

A total of 843 athletes from 35 different teams were examined for grip and key pinch strength evaluation. These teams were from 20 different sports: basketball, table tennis, tennis, soft tennis, hockey, handball, rugby, volleyball, soccer, archery, boxing, track and field (which includes events of throwing, running and jumping), judo, fgymnastics, taekwondo, weight lifting, swimming and dancing. The players' age ranged from 17 to 21 years of age. After analyzing the athlete's right hand strength and comparing the results with each team, conclusions were drawn, In the male athletes, the highest five sports for mean of the grip strength were track and field (throwing events), handball, weight lifting, soft tennis, rugby; and the top five sports for mean of the key pinch strength were track and field (throwing events), archery, soft tennis, volley ball, hockey. In the female athletes, the five leading sports of the grip strength were: track and field (throwing events), weight lifting, handball, judo, soft tennis, the five leading sports of the key pinch strength were: track and field (throwing events), weight lifting, soft tennis, archery, volleyball. The means in grip strength and key pinch strength of each above team were higher than the means of the control groups that were comprised of college students having similar ages. The key pinch strength was highly correlated of the ring size of the thumb, but only moderately correlated to the ring size of the middle finger. The grip strength and key pinch strength showed stronger correlation to the width of the hand than to the ring size of the thumb. The finding means that measuring the width of the hand will give correlated information. In this study, the majority of athletes, both male and female were right-handed at eating, exercising, and writing. At work, half of the evaluated players use both hands and the other half utilize the right hand.
