摘要

本研究旨在瞭解國小教師對實施九年一貫課程的滿意度與教師教學效能之現況，及其在同教師背景下國小教師對實施九年一貫課程的滿意度與教師教學效能之差異情形，並探討九年一貫課程的滿意度與教師教學效能二者之間的關係。
