Hsu Wen-lung is a Taiwanese businessman and the founder of Chi Mei Corporation. In his business life, he always creates the excelent business achivements. He was the largest maker of Acrylic resin in Taiwan and also the largest maker of ABS resin in the world. He founded the largest TFT-LCD group in the world, and built the Tree Valley Ecological Science Park in the Tainan Ecological Science Park. Hsu Wen-lung claims that Zhuang Zi and ecology is the source of his business management idea, and his most important goal is to pursuit happiness in life. This thesis tries to sort out Hsu's life philosophy and business management idea through Hsu Wen-lung's dictations and literature.
