The researcher teaches at a school in coastal areas in Chiayi County. More than a quarter of the students in the school are new immigrants' children. During the years of practice, the researcher has observed a higher proportion of new immigrants' children as victims in school bullying incidents. The study is to explore the current situation of new immigrants' children as victims in school bullying. With the target students' actual experience, a full range of the bullying incidents is showed. Therefore, this study used qualitative research methods, and then content analysis was utilized to analyze the data. To get more in-depth assay, this research focuses on the new immigrants' children who studied at the researcher's working school. The research targets include six new immigrants' children, aged from 12 to 15, studied at a school in coastal areas in Chiayi County, and the corresponding 5 teachers. With disquisition on the students and the teachers, the study results are illustrated from three aspects-family life, school life, and scholar achievement. First, the negative parent-child interaction increases the risk of becoming a bully victim. Secondly, the new immigrants' children identity is not denounced as bully victims. Third, the scholar achievement is not the main factor of being bullied. Fourth, the students' appearance and characters are to be blamed. Fifth, it is annoying of them to interfere class activities without conscience. Sixth, poor competence of Taiwanese local language culture makes them outsiders. It is hoped that, through the findings of this study, educators, the martial, and future researchers may realize the importance of (1) students' social skills, (2) positive class momentum, (3) constructing a friendly campus, (4) strengthening law-related education and application.
