本研究目的旨在探討不同學制大專生運動習慣、睡眠總分與睡眠時數間的比較。以1,064位大專學生為對象(專科656位,平均年齡16.71±0.81歲;大學408位,平均年齡19.25±0.68歲)。以匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI)為工具,測驗所得數據以SPSS for windows 18.0 套裝統計軟體處理,以描述性統計、卡方檢定、兩獨立樣本T 檢定與Pearson 相關係數進行比較分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、不同學制學生在每週運動次數與運動項目比較上有顯著差異(P<.05)。二、睡眠總分(PSQI>5分)組,其體重過重(BMI24)的比率明顯較高(45.22%),每週運動次數也明顯較少(1.18±1.56次)。三、睡眠時數>7 hr組有運動習慣的比率較高(78.39%),每週運動次數也較多(2.15±1.72次)。四、BMI指數愈高者其睡眠總分較高、就寢時間較晚、運動次數較少、睡眠時數較短。結論:男性學生比女性學生有較好的睡眠品質;BMI指數與學生的運動習慣、睡眠品質和睡眠時數有顯著相關,而規律的運動習慣有助於增加學生的睡眠時數。
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship and difference between exercise habits, sleep score, and sleep duration in different academic college students. 1064 college students including 656 junior college students with mean age 16.71±0.81 years and 408 college students with mean age 19.25±0.68 years. Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) was used and data were analyzed by SPSS for window 18.0, descriptive statistics, Chi-square test, two independent sample t-tests, and Pearson Relationship Index. The significance difference α=.05. The results showed: (1) There is a significant difference (P<.05) in the frequency of weekly exercise and sports in different academic students. (2) The ratio of the overweight (BMI24) was significantly higher and less frequency of weekly exercise in sleep score (PSQI>5) group. (3) The ratio of exercise habit was higher (78.39%) and more frequency of weekly exercise (2.15±1.72) in sleep hours>7 hrs group. (4) The higher BMI has a higher sleep score, sleeping late, less exercise frequency, and shorter sleep duration. Conclusion: Sleep quality of male students was better than female students. BMI and sleep duration, body composition, and exercise habits have a significantly difference. The regular exercise and sleep habits can increase sleep duration.
