小丑紅鼻子面具應用在戲劇治療之可行性研究

摘要

從自身經驗爲出發，在一次的小丑課程裡，體驗到在紅鼻子下的自己，能夠很放心展現自我脆弱的一面，從觀眾的笑聲裡，得到一些自我解放與認知的改變，因此在這樣的基礎下假設這個方式可應用在戲劇治療裡，讓接受治療的個案，能從其中得到幫助。本研究將評估的對象鎖定在「心靈成長團體」，爲自發性地參與，目的在於滿足求知慾和解決自身的問題，希望藉由個人身心靈的整體成長與團體互動；年齡限制在20歲以然。「紅鼻子」則鎖定在「賈克•樂寇國際戲劇學校」(École internationale de theater Jacques Lecoq)的小丑訓練裡。在這些條件下，挑選小丑訓練裡幾個適合的活動，企圖透過戲劇治療治療性因子，以菲爾•瓊斯(Phil Jones)的九個核心過程爲主，與小丑訓練裡的活動，做對應的分析，評估出小丑紅鼻子而具應用在戲劇治療裡的可行性，並期待將來能有兩方面的專家一起合作，讓紅鼻子而具能成爲戲劇治療裡的一個元素。

Star by my own experience, I experienced myself below red nose in once crown's class. I can show my fragile part relieved. From audience's laughter, I can emancipate myself and change cognition. Therefore, on this base, to assume that the red nose can apply to drama therapy, and the case who accept therapy can get help. In this research I set the subject on ”the spirit to develop group”. They are spontaneous to participate, and the goal is satisfying acquisitiveness and solving self problem, in addition, hopes to have good interaction between person and group by personal mind and body growth. The age limit is above 20 years old. The ”red nose” fix in ”École internationale de théâtre Jacques Lecoq” that use of crown trained.
On these conditions, I will pick up some suitable activities from crown trained, and attempted to do corresponding analysis by drama therapy's therapeutic factor, according to Phil Jones' ”nine core of process”. To estimate the feasibility on crown's red nose apply to drama therapy, and expect two fields' expert to cooperate in the future. It will make the mask of red nose becoming a element of drama therapy.
