Simulation and Analysis of Dual Clutch Transmissions with One-Way Clutches

Abstracts


本文以一單平行軸之六速雙離合器變速箱(dual clutch transmission, DCT)為例,在不改變現有DCT構型之基礎下,發展了一種使用單向離合器(one-way clutches)之新式雙離合器變速箱,命名為DCT-O,並且以功能動力圖表示其系統架構。使用電腦輔助軟體(SimulationX)建立DCT與DCT-O之系統模型,比較其差異並評估兩系統之優劣性。

Parallel abstracts


This paper develops a new concept of dual clutch transmission (DCT) named DCT-O, which is composed of several one-way clutches and synchronizers. In order to simplify the complex schematic graph, another graph theory, function power graph (FPG) is implemented. By FPG, the study builds the simulation model of DCT and DCT-O. Through the simulation results, pros and cons of two system are evaluated.
