摘要


近年來政府相關單位積極推廣生態工法,惟過去多半著重於技術研發之探討,少有針對工法評選之研究。生態邊坡工法之評選,為一須同時兼顧生態保育與工程要求之複雜的決策過程,易因選用不適當的工法而導致工程損失。鑑此,本研究提出模糊層級分析法,將工法評選的複雜決策過程予以系統化,用以協助規劃人員正確地評選出適當的工法。此分析法可有效地處理專家對準則評估時存在著語意性及不確定性之問題,並可分析在不同的可信度(α值)下各準則之相對權重值。最後,本研究以生態邊坡工法評選為案例,來說明本法的分析程序與驗證方法的有效性與實用性。

Taiwan government has been actively promulgating the idea of ecological construction methods recently; however most of the past efforts focused on developing new techniques rather than on evaluating alternatives. To simultaneously ensure ecology preservation and to meet engineering requirements, it is a complicated decision-making process for selecting a desirable ecological slope method; while considerable losses derived from an unseemly alternative may incur. This paper proposed a modified fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) which can systematize and ease this complex process so that it can be used to assist the project planner towards a correct decision. This method can effectively deal with uncertainties associated with experts' linguistic assessments for the relative weights of paired criteria under varied degrees of believe (α value). A case study was presented to explain the use of FAHP and demonstrate the effectiveness and practicality of this approach.
