柔道訓練方式之探討

Training Methods in Judo Skills

摘要


國際柔道聯盟(IJF)目前已有177個柔道會員國(IJF, 2006)。各會員國為了提升柔道技術水準,每年辦理許多有關這方面的研討會。教練為了使選手選手表現增進,也都從技術層面改進方面努力。柔道技術訓練大略分為:連攻法(uchikomi)、自由對摔(randori)及搶手(grip, 抓襟法)訓練法等三大項目。本文乃在敘述此三項訓練方法,以便提供國內教練、選手及從事柔道運動工作者,在實務上之參考。

The International Judo Federation (IJF) has 187 countries' members. All of the members held a lot of seminars related the judo skill improvement. Further, in order to assist judo player's performance, many judo coaches attempted to improve the training method of judo skills. The judo training skill divided into uchikomi, randori, and grip. In this paper, the author attempted to introduce the efficient methods of judo skill. Hopefully theses information would be utilized for the judo coaches, players, and all of the judo-related professionals.
