早年家庭經驗影響女性幼稚園教師之個案研究

A Case Study of the Influences on Early Family Experiences for a Female Kindergarten Teacher

摘要


本研究旨在了解女性幼稚園教師受早年家庭經驗的影響情形。本研究以某位任教於花蓮地區的女性幼稚園教師為對象。研究的方法,以半結構式問題,進行深度訪談。根據研究結果,本文提出結論與建議給相關的單位及未來相關研究的參考。

The purpose of this study is to realize that the influences on early family experiences for a female kindergarten teacher. The subject is a private kindergarten teacher in Hualien. For the in-depth interview the semi-structured programming method is used to collect data. According to the results of this study, we make some conclusions and give recommendations to the related education unit for further research references.
