摘要

本研究以高雄市喜悅托兒所為例的行動研究，將省思在本土及多元的文化意識，幼兒園活動與四時的慶典關係，而正在轉型中的喜悅，與採用的華德福的幼兒教育模式為何要強調慶典？慶典在生命哲學、文學、組織學習中的意涵等等。
研究者本身以多重的角色（師資培育、顧問、研究者），希望能省思自身角色的扮演與調適，並觀察和教師之間的團隊學習的關係。而且想聚焦在Senge(2002)第五項修練中的『團隊學習』的演練技巧，對照比較行動研究的內涵與精神。
