An Application of a Graph Representation to the Analysis of the Static of General Gear Trains

摘要


本文之主要目的在於以圖論為基礎,提出一種齒輪系構造的圖畫表示法,並以此圖畫表示法表示齒輪系的拓樸構造與運動構造,以做為齒輪系分析與設計的依據。首先,推展複接頭運動鏈圖畫表示法與矩陣表示法,提出新圖畫以有效地表示齒輪系,並推導相關的基本規則;接著,以此圖畫表示法重新定義齒輪系的運動構造表示法,並提出齒輪系基本迴路與運動方程關係式;最後,依據基本迴路與能量不滅原理,推導齒輪系基本靜力矩方程式,並發展系統化方法,以進行齒輪系在無損狀態的靜力矩分析。

Gear trains have the advantages of high speed reduction and capability of differential drive, so they are the often used in transmission systems. In this paper, a graph representation and a matrix representation are proposed to represent the kinematic structure of the gear trains. These representtations are based on graph theory and the methodology of fundamental circuits for gear trains. Finally, a systematic method is further developed for the analysis of the kinematics and static of general gear trains. The results of this work are used as a tool to design the general gear trains.
