台灣地區車輛最大空調負載與冷凍能力研究

The Investigation of Maximum Cooling Load and Cooling Capability Prediction Methods for the Air-Condition System of Vehicle in Taiwan

摘要


國產車設計基準均來自北方國家如歐美及日本地區,但台灣地區夏日酷熱高濕,汽車之最大空調負載遠大於歐美及日本地區,且空調負載已大約佔該車輸出馬力之一成以上,可知空調負載之動力消耗甚鉅,因此過大之空調冷卻能力會造成車輛動力性能不足與能源浪費,而過小之空調冷卻能力會造成舒適性不足,因此本研究以台灣地區之獨特氣候與台灣居民之舒適性為基礎,將最大空調負載分成18個來源並逐一以熱流理論進行推導及估算。本研究得到-迅速且實用度高之汽車最大空調負載與冷凍能力的預估方法。研究成果除可提昇國內車輛工業自主設計能力外,亦有助於拓展海外市場。

The design guidelines of domestic vehicles are almost originated from northern counties such as Japan, USA, Korea etc. With a hot and humid weather in Taiwan, the required cooling load of the vehicle is larger than that of original design. The power consumption of air-condition system is often over 10% of the engine output power. A larger cooling ability may consume too much power but a smaller cooling ability, on the other hand, cause a discomfort environment. Therefore, this study develop a new vehicle air-condition cooling system specifically designed for local weather condition by using the theoretical analysis. A rapidly and useful prediction method for vehicle cooling load was developed in this study. This study also can build up our own design capability, and in turn to promote the oversea market.
