硫酸對Fenton程序脫色的影響

Effect of Sulfuric Acid on the Discoloration of Fenton Process

摘要


本研究使用RB19染料廢水,以Fenton程序進行染料脫色反應,在不同加藥量下,加入硫酸根陰離子比較其脫色效果,實驗以250 ml錐形瓶,在恆溫振盪器為之,溫度維持在30℃,轉速設定在160rpm,過氧化氫、鐵鹽、硫酸及氧化時間為操作變數。實驗結果顯示,Fenton氧化程序去除色度效果良好,且在相同加藥量下,硫酸亞鐵脫色效果優於硫酸亞鐵銨;比較硫酸的影響,對於硫酸亞鐵銨影響大於硫酸亞鐵。

The water sample synthetic RB19 was investigated for the removal of color as function of dosages and sulfuric acid during Fenton discoloration in this study. The experiments were conducted in 250-ml flasks, which were capped and shaken in a thermal oscillator tank with oscillation speed set at 160 rpm. The dosages of H2O2, ferric-salt, sulfuric acid and oxidation time are the operated parameters. These results show discoloration in the Fenton process are feasible. The efficiency was in the order FeSO4•7H2O>FeSO4 (NH4)2 SO4•6H2O The FeSO4 (NH4)2SO4•6H2O has larger effect for sulfuric acid dosage.
