The water sample synthetic RB19 was investigated for the removal of dye as function of ferric-salt and sulfuric acid during Fenton degradation in this study. The experiments were conducted in 250-ml flasks, which were capped and shaken in a isothermal oscillator tank with oscillation speed set at 160 rpm. The dosages of H2O2, ferric-salt, sulfuric acid and oxidation time are the operate parameters. These results show degradation in the Fenton process are feasible. The efficiency was in the order FeSO4•7H2O>FeSO4(NH4)2SO4•6H2O. The FeSO4(NH4)2SO4•6H2O has larger negative effect for sulfuric acid dosage.
