刀具自動補正系統最佳化之研究

Research in Optimum of Tool Automatic Correction System

摘要


本研究目的是建立一套曲線形狀誤差分析系統。進行曲線形狀誤差的最佳化分析比對,以提供加工時各刀具位置補正量的決定。曲線量測點的位置決定後,由三次元量床量測取得資料點,經曲線擬合,再根據最小平方和法與最佳化設計理論,將量測數據和設計數據相比較,以求得曲線的形狀誤差。最佳化的過程,可使量測時因定位問題,導致曲線因平移和旋轉產生的形狀誤差減低,以獲得正確的各刀具位置補正量。

The purpose of this study is to establish a curve shape error analysis system.
