摘要


本文以李昂的小說《鴛鴦春膳》為第一手文本,探討李昂《鴛鴦春膳》中的象徵式飲食書寫。「象徵」(symbol)是一種不直接表明、「以實代虛」的修辭法,將具體的事物通過某種意象,而賦予特殊的寓意。本文所要探討的飲食象徵書寫,是將象徵的手法運用於飲食書寫的文本當中的現象。這個現象在李昂小說《鴛鴦春膳》當中可說是非常明顯的。李昂歷來的作品,並不乏自傳式的自我投射與現代主義式的象徵,擅長處理兩性情慾、政治權力、社會變遷等題材,而《鴛鴦春膳》的特殊性就在於李昂多以隱喻語言將飲食題材抽象化,這過程當中就有許多承自傳統文獻的典故與文化符碼,將其以往所慣用的象徵手法與多樣題材,佐以不同的食物與記憶,融和成獨特的飲食書寫。

In this paper, Li Ang's novel "Lovers' Erotic Menus" for the first-hand text discusses the symbol of the writing style diet. Li Ang always autobiographical self- projection and a symbol of modernist style, good at dealing with gender lust, political power, social change and other topics, and Lovers' Erotic Menus the particularity is that Li Ang more metaphorical language Food theme abstraction, this process inherited from traditional literature, there are many allusions and cultural codes. Its previously usual symbolism and diverse subject matter, combined with different foods and memory, integration into unique food writing.
