台灣早自1993年即已成為高齡化社會的一員,且老化人口逐年在增加當中,2003年老年人口數已達總人口的9.24%,顯示十年間台灣的人口老化非常明顯而且快速。老年人因生理機能的衰退,進而影響日常生活、心理及社會互動。雖然,老化會有個別差異,但是要如何達到成功老化的層次,還是要藉由適度的運動才能完成。老年人參與運動必須要有正確的認知、基本的技能及持續性,再搭配正確的運動處方,才能避免不必要的傷害發生。本文希望藉由人體老化的原因、運動與骨質疏鬆症的關係與運動處方的建立,使國人在年輕時即能了解運動養身的重要性,並能影響現階段的老年人養成運動的習慣,達到更優質的老年生活。
Taiwan had already become a member of advanced-age societies since 1993, and aging population is increasing year by year. The population of elders has already reached 9.24% of total population in 2003. It shows that the aging population in Taiwan is very obvious and fast during the decade. The decline of the elder people's physiological function influence their daily life, psychology, and social interaction. Although there are individual differences in aging, to reach the level of successful aging could be finished with appropriate sports. Elder people should have correct cognition, basic technical ability, and continuation when they participate in sports. Then match the correct movement prescription to prevent the unnecessary injury from sports. By understanding the reasons of human aging, finding the connection between sport and Osteoporosis, and building the prescription of sports, this text tries to make young people understand the importance of sport to human bodies, and influence the elder people to get used to sport in order to reach the more high-quality life in old age.
