本研究旨在探討高中體育教師的創意教學行爲在創造人格特質、自我效能及內在動機之相關。以高中體育教師534人爲研究對象。研究方法係採問卷調查法,以結構方程模式的路徑分析模型來進行分析。結果發現,創造人格特質的各因素與創意教學內在動機具有顯著正相關,經由多元階層迴歸分析則發現性別、年齡、工作年資等背景變項之效果,能夠有效的解釋創造人格特質越高,教師的創意教學內在動機及自我效能就越高。對於教師的創意教學行爲皆具有顯著正相關,所以創造人格特質能夠有效的解釋創意教學行爲。本研究證實了「創意教學自我效能」是一個重要的中介影響的變項,「創造人格特質」及「學習結構與管道」皆可以透過「創意教學自我效能」的提升,進而影響「創意教學行爲」。此外,「創意教學自我效能」亦能透過「創意教學內在動機」的激發,影響其「創意教學行爲」。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the creative teaching behavior of the physical education instructors in high school. This creative teaching behavior was evaluated by looking at the relationship between creative personality, self-efficiency and intrinsic motivation. A total of 534 physical educators in high school answered a questionnaire designed for this study. The research method was to use a survey and use structural detailed analysis to come up with a hypothesis by. The findings showed that there was a positive correlation between intrinsic motivations of creative teaching and creative personality. After analyzing multiple regressions within the variables of sex, age, and years of service, the teachers with a higher degree of creative personality showed stronger intrinsic motivation and higher self-efficiency. Therefore, creative personality can be used as a tool to explain creative teaching behaviors. This study validated that the self-efficiency of creative teaching is an important intermediate variant. The enhancement of creative teaching behaviors could be influenced by the self-efficiency of creative teaching and by the intrinsic motivation of creative teaching.
