師資培育與性別平等教育

Teacher Cultivation and Gender Equality Education

摘要


性別平等議題在我國推行多年,性別平等法也在短短的數年間從無到有。但是相關的研究文獻大多發現,性別平等議題的落實不只要從國民教育著手,可能更需要從國民教育師資培育的歷程中著手。本文之目的在於探討師資培育與性別平等教育之間的關係,並提出需要進一步思考與研究的議題。

The issue of gender equality education has been introduced for years in Taiwan. Many papers called for the cultivations of gender equalized teachers from primary school education, and the most important thing is the process of primary school teachers' pre-service training. This paper investigates relationships between teacher cultivation and gender equality education, and suggests future directions of researches and perspectives.
