從《全唐詩》中的“搔首”行為看詩人的焦慮情緒

The Discussion of the Poet's Anxious Feelings from the Behavior of "Sao Shou" in Tang Poems

摘要

身體有時會洩漏人的情緒，我們在緊張的時候會咬手指、搓手，或是在某種特定情況下，不斷摸頭髮、眨眼，這些細微看似不必要的舉動，往往在某些情緒正逐步發酵的時候，身體就會浮現一些重複性的動作。
在《全唐詩》文本中，就發現疑似重複行為的舉止，例如「搔首」。《全唐詩》中出現「搔首」及其相關的字詞如「搔白髮」、「搔白首」、「搔頭」，總共七十餘首，這些涉及「搔首」行為的詩歌又分別由三十餘位詩人寫成。「搔首」最直接的意思是以手搔頭，為了嘗試考掘《全唐詩》「搔首」行為的情緒源頭，本文擬由唐以前幾首涉及「搔首」行為的文本論起，析分為「懷人」與「懷歸」兩類，再由唐以前「搔首」之總體義涵延續探討《全唐詩》裡的「搔首」行為，由中考掘詩人「搔首」行為之自我情緒浮現歷程，亦即「搔首」行為由何種感情觸引，且又如何觸引，以及不同情緒主題、相異詩人的「搔首」行為所各自展現的「搔首」行為特色。

Sometimes, it is easy to tell one's mood through his body language. We would bite our fingers, or rub with the hand when we are nervous. In some circumstances, we might touch our own hair or wink our eyes. Our body will act these tiny and repeating behaviors that is represented some emotions.
In Tang Poems, we find out these repeated behaviors, for example, ”Sao Shou”. The direct meaning of ”Sao Shou” is to scratch one's head. There are over seventy poems in Tang Poems written by over forty poets that mention this motion, and other similar words, like Sao Bai Fa, Sao Bai Shou and Sao Tou. In order to discover the head of this behavior in Tang Poems, we choose several poems before Tang dynasty and classify them into two groups, memorizing people or hometown. Then we continue discussing the same behavior in Tang Poems to find out the evolution of self-emotion of the poet. That are what kind of emotion that will let the poet to scratch his hair and how does this behavior will influence the poet. With different subjects of emotion and different poets, it will show the characteristic of the unique behavior of Sao Shou.
